Gaming Industry:

Environment of e-games, video games or digital games structured on two pillars say gamer community and another as game development community with necessary mutual communication is now establishing a rapid growing gaming industry in the world.

1.    Gamer Community:

Available game platforms are used by single player which needs to play by individual person only and gamers being a team of multi-players require their simultaneous involvement with skilled inter-communication among many players.

Game players of around or remote areas having interest in video game playing may and may not be educated with technically qualified to get their recognized entity as a mile stone among the game player teams. The gamer can be noob who achieve the rank of pro-gamer to become expert as a professional game player by experience.

Persons of such game community as a team should be well educated and technically qualified with working experience of the game art, programming, designing, game testing and running of various game related softwares. 

Game Development Community can be bifurcated as Indie Game Developer, Freelancer and Game Development Company

(I).    Indie Game Developer:

Such type of game developers perform their game development assignments to build a product called hyper casual game with their own infrastructure along with self investment. These game developers have low budget, so can take services of freelancers and are sole responsible for any profit and loss of their business. Sometimes, if investor is satisfied with the product then investor may be involved in the business but are less chances. The owners of the game sometimes sell out their product to large size game companies to earn good money.

(II).    Freelancer:

Freelancer is a marketplace where employer and employees find each other for their required services. Technical experts normally called self employees do their online work under written agreement with T&C. Freelancers perform their work from home for third party and get online payment with time schedule of their work as per hour or per day or per week or per month agreed by the parties. Freelancers are responsible for their online quality of work with time management but not for the profit and loss of the third party.

(III).    Game Development Company:

Such type of game development company is a large size company having their own infrastructure and self investment in addition to single or multiple investors of large budget. Game Industry may have upto or more than thousand employees with global fame. The games developed by these companies are under their ownership of AAA size game.
